Construction and Evaluation of Nursing System Centering on Quality Improvement for Breast Cancer
摘要
Abstract
Objective To develop a specific nursing system for breast cancer with quality-improvement as the core and to improve the quality of clinical nursing for breast disease. Methods After the analysis of the characteristics of breast cancer surgery, nursing thinking for breast diseases was identified and then a specific nursing system for breast cancer was developed. Corresponding measures were taken including establishing key quality indicators; implementing homogenization management and extended nursing. Results Nursing quality after the establishment of the system was improved, and patients were more satisfied with nursing service. Nurses performed better in various kinds of evaluations (P<0.001). Conclusion An innovative and distinctive nursing system for breast cancer can effectively enhance nursing quality and patients ’ satisfaction then promote patients ’ recovery.关键词
