重庆市精神科护士工作环境现状及影响因素分析
Working Environment and Its Influence Factors of Psychiatric Nurses in Chongqing
摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the working environment of psychiatric nurses in Chongqing, and its influence factors. Methods The Professional Practice Environment (PPE) scale was applied to investigate 685 psychiatric nurses in Chongqing for their working environment, and the regression analysis was used to analyze the associated factors. Results The highest score and the lowest score of the scale were from the dimension of“relationships between doctors and nurses”(3.12±0.43) and“teamwork”(1.80±0.75) respectively. Locations, levels and types of hospitals, education background of nurses, employment forms and nurse-patient ratios were identified to be predictors of working environment (P<0.01). Conclusion Multiple factors influencing the working environment of psychiatric nurses should be considered when nursing managers draw up management strategies.关键词
