Abstract
Objective To investigate the effect of microteaching in classroom teaching skills training for clinical nursing teachers. Methods Forty-two clinical nursing teachers were recruited and randomly divided into observation group ( n=20) and control group (n=22). Microteaching training was performed in observation group, while traditional teaching training in control group. Evaluation tools including microteaching skills questionnaire, classroom teaching quality questionnaire and training effect questionnaire were employed. Results After 10-month training, the comparison between observation group and control group indicated significant differences in terms of the scores of teaching skills including introducing, questioning, explaining, writing, teaching language, presenting, organizing, strengthening, ending the teaching and the total score (P<0.05). There was a significant difference between two groups (P<0.05)in terms of teaching attitude, content, methods, skills and effects except teaching management. Total effect of teaching training of observation group was better than that of control group. Conclusion Microteaching can improve classroom teaching skills and theory teaching quality of clinical nursing teachers and enhance class teaching quality.关键词
