耦合量子点中极化子的相互作用
Interaction of Polarons in Coupled Quantum Dots
摘要
Abstract
The method of variation and unitary transformation was used to study the interaction on polarons in cou-pled quantum dots in infinite potential well. The numerical results for CdSe coupled quantum dots indicate that the interaction energy of polarons in coupled quantum dots decreases with the distance of center of quantum dots increas-ing when two quantum radii are identical, and decreases with the radius of one quantum dot or two quantum dots in-creasing when the distance of center of quantum dots remains unchanged.关键词
