摘要
Abstract
Epidemiological investigation, clinical examination, pathologic anatomy and antigen detection by ELISA on pigs with the clinical symptom on a swine farm were performed. Clinically, severe diarrhea, dehydration, weight loss;pathologically, changes on acute catarrhal gastroenteritis were found. By means of antigen detection by ELISA, there was a positive reaction of TGEV and porcine epidemic diarrhea, namely, mixed infection. Some control mea-sures are proposed to provide a reference for integrated control over TGEV and porcine epidemic diarrhea.关键词
