256层螺旋CT冠状动脉成像120例临床应用分析

Abstract
The radiation dose and image quality between prospective ECG-gated and retrospective ECG-gated 256-slice spiral CT coronary artery imaging were compared to explore the possibility of prospective ECG-gated CT coronary artery imaging. Two groups of patients with suspected coronary artery diseases were selected for prospective and retrospective ECG-gated scans. Maximum intensity projection(MIP), volume rendering(VR), multi-planar re-construction(MPR), curved planar reformation(CPR)and other methods were applied to display each segment of coronary artery, and the effective radiation dose was also calculated and analyzed statistically. The mean radiation dose of the prospective group was 2.52 ± 0.54/msv, which was much lower than that of the retrospective group (9.65 ± 1.4/msv). There were no significant differences in the image quality between two groups. Prospective ECG-gated 256-slice CT coronary artery imaging can produce high-quality images at a lower radiation dose, and is more suitable for early screening for coronary artery diseases.关键词
