内蒙古通辽市社区慢性病管理的调查研究
Investigation of the Chronic Disease Management in One Inner Mongolia Tongliao City Community
摘要
Abstract
Through investigation of the community health service system staff, funds and hardware configuration, 240 patients with chronic diseases were selected by using multi-stage stratified random sampling method, and underwent questionnaire investigation. The results show that the community health service institutions staff who are responsible for the prevention and control and management of chronic disease have good professionals, but the overall record of formal schooling and title are low, which indicates that the community health service institution has preliminary com-pleted the preplanned prevention and control function for chronic diseases. In the future, the community prevention and control of chronic diseases management system can be further strengthened through enhancing the medical tech-nical level of community medical staff and increasing the rate of document and so on.关键词
