摘要
Abstract
In order to solve the problem of optimize and evaluate campaign tactical operation scheme, and assistant com⁃mander to confirm operational decisions, this paper puts forward a comprehensive method of operation scheme evaluation based on Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation and battle simulation,designs a index system of operation scheme evaluation and a evaluation model of comprehensive utility, By static operations analyzing and evaluating the core elements of operation scheme, dynamic simulation evaluating operational effectiveeness, achieves the purpose of evaluating operation scheme. Finally,a example is provided to demonstrate the validity of this proposed method and model, and this conclusion offers a strong support for commanding decision.关键词
