摘要

Abstract

In order to seek the key factors of command and control in information operations, and find the countermeasures to improve operational control system. The key factors of collaborative decision framework、actor and information feedback, which based on system dynamics, are analyzed in this paper. Then the collaborative decision model which based on System Dynamics is built and simulated. The results show that it is effective to improve efficiency in collaborative decision by in⁃creasing information sharing among each command and control institutions. It provides a reference for establishing the collab⁃orative decision command and control systems.
