The research of the observation device of glass beads traj ectory based on binocular stereo vision
摘要
Abstract
If the work piece is rubbed and disturbed by the glass beads in friction auxiliary elec-troforming technology,the quality of the electrodepositing will be obviously improved.Based on this feature,this paper developed an observation device of glass beads traj ectory based on the bin-ocular stereo vision measurement method.The hardware system of the device is mainly composed of a translational quantity adj ustable mechanism and an image acquisition system,and the soft-ware program was written by VC6.0 and opencv machine vision function.Through the measur-ing,the shape size of the static obj ect,it verified the reliability and feasibility of the system, which provides supports for further exploring and the optimization of the related technology pa-rameters.关键词
