Abstract
To investigate the effect of pre-endurance training on the relationship between mito-chondrial antioxidant ability and uncoupling function in alcohol-induced acute hepatic inj ury rats. We analysised the expressions of UCP2,HDMCP and MnSOD mRNA,mitochondrial P/O,activ-ities of MnSOD and ATP synthase in liver tissue in alcohol-induced acute hepatic inj ury rats after 1 2 week unload swimming training.Acute alcohol treatment resulted in increased mRNA expres-sion of MnSOD,UCP2 and HDMCP but decreased P/O and ATP synthase activity.Compared with acute alcohol treatment of untrained rats,acute alcohol treatment of trained rats have lower expressions of UCP2 and HDMCP but higher P/O and mRNA expression of MnSOD.Pre-endur-ance training can increase liver antioxidant ability,decrease expression of uncoupling proteins, which increases liver mitochondrial ATP synthesis,and it achieves a prevention of acute alcohol-induced hepatic inj ury.关键词
