上海市工业用地减量化规划构想及关键问题分析
Reduction in the amount of industrial land in Shanghai:ideas and key problems
摘要
Abstract
The purpose of this study is to discuss the necessity and feasibility of the reduction in the amount of industrial land in the Shanghai metropolis. We aim to formulate speciifc planning ideas for the reduction in the industrial land quantity, analyze the effects of this reduction, and identify the key problems that would need to be solved. The research method includes a combination of normative analysis and empirical analysis. The research results are as fol ows: (1) To 2040, the theoretical potential of the reduction in the quantity of Shanghai’s industrial land is not less than 248 km2;(2)“The 198 Area”is a key area for the reduction in the industrial land in Shanghai;(3) The implementation of the industrial land reduction policy wil not damage the comprehensive urban competitiveness of Shanghai. We conclude that promoting an orderly reduction in the industrial land is an important strategic countermeasure for Shanghai in terms of its aim towards a global city. It is feasible as a planning idea, the ecological beneift is remarkable, and the risk is control able.关键词
