基于共词分析的我国征地拆迁研究热点及其趋势OACHSSCD
On the hotspots in China’s land acquisition and house demolition study based on co-word analysis
城市化发展带来的征地拆迁已成为公共管理学科的一个研究热点。本文采用文献计量学的共词分析法在确定高频关键词的基础上，构建矩阵并进行聚类分析，绘制出国内征地拆迁研究热点的知识图谱。结果表明我国征地拆迁的研究主要围绕征地拆迁理论及综述、征地拆迁原因、征地冲突及安置补偿三大热点展开，并且征地安置研究将会是一个新的热点。这将为我国寻求征地冲突研究的突破，引导经验研究转向科学研究提供有力帮助。
Urbanisation’s effects on land acquisition resettlement (LAR) has become a heated topic in the discipline of public management. This paper uses the bibliometric analysis of co-words in determining the basis of a matrix constructed on high-frequency keywords and cluster analysis, facilitating the mapping of hotspots in the knowledge mapping of domestic LAR.
