摘要

Abstract

Film formation processes of two typical suspensions, namely the suspension of the blending system of organic pigment phthalocyanine blue ( PB) and styrene-acrylic particles and the suspension of the composite system of PB and styrene-acrylic copolymers, were systematically investigated in temperature rise process. The coloration effect of corresponding film was compared and analyzed by spectral scanning instrument. The results show that under the blending system, pigment particles are limited during diffusion;however, in the composite system, pigment particles will diffuse with the movement of macromolecules of colloidal particles so as to effectively improve dispersion uniformity of pigment particles in the composite film, pigment particles and color depth of the film. This research may provide reference for improving the quality of pigment coating through studying morphological structure evolution features of blending and composite pigment latexes in baking fim formation process. omposite organic pigment particles during the baking film-formation process, and further to improve the quality of pigment coatings.
