Formation of risk perception questionnaire for nurses
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To format the risk perception questionnaire for nurses ,and evaluate its reliability and valid-ity .Methods:The original questionnaire was formatted by using the qualitative interviews and expert inquiry method .A total of 304 clinical nursing personnel from Xi’an were selected ,and evaluated the reliability and va-lidity of questionnaire by using project analysis ,principal component analysis ,correlation analysis and confirma-tory factor analysis .Results:The nurses’ risk perception questionnaire included people personal safety risk ,body function risk ,occupational exposure risk ,social psychological risk ,organization factors risk ,time risk 6 dimen-sions ,28 items ,the accumulated variance contribution rate was 67 .413% and its total Cronbach’s alpha coeffi-cient was 0 .947 ,internal consistency coefficient of all factors were 0 .748~0 .870 .Conclusion:Nurses’ risk per-ception questionnaire had good reliability and validity ,w hich could be used as the evaluation tool for the risk perception of nurses .关键词
