护士延续护理知信行量表的编制及信效度检验
Development of nurse transitional care knowledge attitude practice scale and its reliability and validity test

Abstract
Objective:To develop transitional care knowledge attitude practice scale for clinical nurses in Chi-na .Methods:The scale was developed based on early analysis of the status quo of transitional care for communi-ty nurses and chronic disease patients’needs survey analysis ,combined with the literatures ,from 8 aspects of transitonal care :base knowledge ,relevant knowledge ,psychological cognition ,emotional tendencies ,intentional behavior ,assessment ,implementation and evaluation to develop the item pool .After the expert assessment ,the pre investigation questionnaire was formed .30 clinical nurses received pre investigation ,and 597 clinical nur-ses received test .Then the reliability and validity of the scale were evaluated .Results:The final formal scale was formed including nurses’ transitional care knowledge ,attitude and practice (3 dimensions) ,35 entries .Namely the knowledge of transitional care(11 items) ,attitude of transitional care(15 items) ,practice of transitional care (9 items) .For the average expert authority coefficient was 0 .77 ,coordination coefficient was 0 .724 ,total split half reliability coefficient (correlation) was 0 .982 ,total internal consistency reliability (Cronbach’s alpha coeffi-cient) was 0 .989 ,retest reliability of total scale was 0 .962 .Content validity index was 0 .892 .The correlation coefficients between the 3 branch scales and the total table were 0 .824 ,0 .833 ,0 .844 .The KMO value was 0 .965 ,and the sphere test value was P<0 .000 1 .Confirmatory factor analysis showed good fit .Conclusion:The develop-ment of transitional care knowledge attitude practice scale had good reliability and validity ,and was suitable for application for clinical nurses .关键词
