区域协同信息化护理质量检查表的研制
Development of regional collaborative information nursing quality checklist
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To probe into a scientific ,reasonable and feasible regional collaborative information nursing quality checklist .Methods:T hrough literature review ,clinical investigation and related documents of government department ,it drawn up the preliminary draft of regional collaborative information nursing quality checklist . Delphi method was used for two rounds of expert consultation ,discussion and examination to determine the di-mensions ,items and indicators and weights .Results:The first round and second round of consultation expert positive coefficient were respectively 93% and 92% .Expert authority coefficient was 0 .88 .The coordination co-efficients of expert opinions were 0 .26(P<0 .01) and 0 .25(P<0 .01) .The regional collaborative information nursing quality checklist included 4 inspection dimensions ,17 check items and 84 check indexes .Conclusion:The regional collaborative information nursing quality checklist had a higher reliability .It could be used to evaluate nursing quality in regional hospitals .关键词
