摘要
Abstract
Combined with the development of university and construction of teachers in the future of the overall deployment,according to the characteristics of the teachers and the teaching program, university teachers could be divided into three types of teaching and research,teaching and research teachers.The university teachers’ performance assessment index evaluation system is constructed. The index weight of the index evaluation system is measured with analytic hierarchy process,and the performance evaluation system is relatively scientific,reasonable,fair and effective.关键词
