Abstract
High-speed-rail (HSR)can promote the city level by three major means,including boosting suburbanization expansion,gathering external factors and decentralizing the main city population, reinventing the growth poles of city.As an important node,HSR new towns can link different cities and improve the city group structure.HSR new town construction can achieve not only the urban and rural overall integration within the j urisdictional areas,but also it can bring depth development of the surrounding urban and rural areas.关键词
