耶林权利思想及其对培养我国公民权利意识的启示
Right Thought of Jhering and Its Enlightenment to Cultivation of Citizen Rights Consciousness of China
摘要
Abstract
The background and significance of the generating of Jhering’s right thought are proposed. It expounded that,the right sense of importance,views of rights and duties and rights struggle thought constitute the connotation of Jhering’s right thought,his idea of right has the features of popularity and theoretical nature, universality and advanced. The cultivation of citizen right consciousness and right feeling,cultivating citizen to set up correct views of rights and duties,the cultivation of citizens in a legal way to realize their rights is the right to cultivate the thought of civil rights consciousness of our country enlightenment.关键词
