Strategic Study on Combined Rail and Waterway Transportation in Thirteenth Five-Year Plan Period
摘要
Abstract
The Thirteenth Five-Year Plan is a critical period in China is to build a well-off society in an all-round way and also the time to catch up and surpass the development of modern logistics. The comprehensive and coordinated transportation is very important and depends on multi-mode transportation to improve efficiency. The author uses SWOT method to analyze and put forward the system of rail-waterway multimodal transport in perspective of the management, land policy, investment and financing, transport capacity support, rules and regulations. Rail and waterway transportation pricing mechanism and allow the pricing to play the regulating role of the market. Internet plus technologies shall be brought into play to effectively improve the level of the rail and waterway bi-modal information and integrate all related information systems.关键词
