Abstract
Xi’an-Baoji high speed railway is one of the first high speed railway design projects, which addresses the design of large-scale temporary works according to the requirements of the former ministry of railways. Based on the engineering features of Xi-Bao high speed railway project and the design requirements of large-scale temporary works, this article reviews the practices in the design of large-scale temporary works of Xi-Bao high speed railway project, and analyses the setting principles and the layout involved. In addition, design schemes are compared with site practices to reach for the gains and losses in the design. Finally, the general setting principle and layout to design large-scale temporary works of high speed railway projects are worked out to guide future design of similar projects.关键词
