Research on Anti-corrosion Design of OCS on Sea-crossing Electric Railway Bridge
摘要
Abstract
The corrosion protection design of the overhead contact system on the sea-crossing electric railway is conducted based on the study of metal corrosion mechanism and test method to ensure the service life of OCS in the marine atmospheric environment. The corrosion theory study and the salt spray test show that:(1) the metal corrosion by means of hot-dip galvanized anti-corrosion treatment can hardly meet the long-term durability requirement; ( 2 ) the anti-corrosion coating treatment can greatly improve anti-corrosion performance of the steel material components and aluminum alloy components, and extend the lifetime of metal components; ( 3 ) the anti-corrosion performance of aluminum alloy components is stronger than that of the steel material components under the typical atmospheric condition.关键词
