摘要

Abstract

The PLA microcapsules loaded with sinomenine were successfully prepared by phase inversion method using methylene chloride as solvent, Span 80 and Tween 80 as emulsifier, gelatin as stabilizer. The properties of the microcapsules were characterized by scanning electron microscope, Fourier transform infrared spectrometer and particle size analyzer. Drug loading, encapsulation efficiency as well as drug release properties and targeted absorption effect were also determined. The results show that the microcapsules have smooth surface and the particle size is reduced with the increase of the emulsifier ratio. Drug loading and encapsulation efficiency reach the maximum when the emulsifier ratio is at 5%, and the maximum are 8.9%!and 89.2%, respectively. Also, the microcapsules have obviously sustained efficacy and targeting intestinal absorption features.
