醋酸乙烯酯/丙烯腈共聚物的制备及性能表征
Preparation and characterization of copolymers of vinyl acetate/acrylonitrile

Abstract
The free radical emulsion copolymerizations of vinyl acetate and acrylonitrile were carried out with potassium persulfate/sodium bisulfite redox system as initiator, poly (vinyl alcohol) as emulsifier, and water as dispersion medium. The resultant copolymers have high contents of vinyl acetate, and its performance was characterizd. The results show that the total monomer conversions increased originally, and then fell sharply with the increase of polymerization temperature. The results show that the optimum polymerization temperature was 50℃. Likewise, the effects of the mass fractions of initiator or VAc on the total monomer conversions follow the same rule. When the copolymerization was performed with a initiator mass fraction of 0.8%! and a VAc feed ratio of 66.7%, a monomer conversion higher than 70%!was achieved.关键词
