Effects of Novel Indole Derivatives on Human Gastric Cancer MGC-803 Cell Proliferation
摘要
Abstract
In order to study the effect of indole derivatives on human gastric cancer cell proliferation and its mechanism,the structure-activity relationships of 19 indole derivatives were analyzed,and compound 16 with a novel structure was finally screed,which had significant anti-tumor activities.In further research,it was found that compound 16 can induced G2/M phase arrest in MGC-803 cells.After treatment,compound 16 also caused apoptosis in MGC-803 cells.关键词
