我国职业体育违约行为的根源挖掘及其化解对策探寻
Contract Breaking of Chinese Professional Sports and Its Resolve Logic
摘要
Abstract
By the threshold of the institutional transformation and market order form ,we found the origin of the dishonest contract breaking of Chinese pro⁃fessional sports,was not simply because the non-legal system and the lack of supervision. Then we revealed the root cause as:superimposed effect of profit-driven and asymmetric information,constraint empty from the authoritarian credit system transformation,and constraint block of the interests’community. And the solution,we need to focus on building a community of interests order to promote the construction of marketing order,reforming the sports manage⁃ment system as to promote the comprehensive management system,creating an atmosphere of social honesty and trustworthiness in order to strengthen morali⁃ty ethics system.关键词
