Abstract
The development status of cross-strait agricultural trademark protection and the existing problems were comparatively analyzed in this paper. And the differences of provisions on agricultural trademark protection were thought to be the main reason for the differences of cross-strait agricultural trademark protection. With the expansion of cross-strait communication,the Chinese Mainland and Taiwan should not only strengthen each protection of agri-cultural trademark,but also enhance their cooperation in agricultural trademark protection.关键词
