Comparative Analysis on the Impacts of Intellectual Property Right Protection on Cross-strait Agricultural Technical Development
摘要
Abstract
Based on the status of cross-strait intellectual property protection and agriculture technical development,the econometric model was built up by using Cobb-Douglas production function which was used to analyze the impacts of intellectual property protection on the development of cross-strait agricultural techniques. The results showed that the impacts of intellectual property protection on the development of cross-strait agricultural techniques both passed the significance tests while Taiwan’s agricultural technique was affected to a larger extent. Last,the countermeasures were put forward including making appropriate policies,improving the protection institutions and regulations,sup-porting agricultural education and realizing regional independent innovation,etc.关键词
