河南省济源市南官庄村土地经营权流转的影响因素分析

摘要
Abstract
Based on the questionnaire survey,the situation of the circulation of land management right in Nan-guanzhuang Village of Jiyuan City,Henan Province was summarized,and the problems existed in the circulation process of land management right and the influencing factors were also analyzed. Then,by using Logistic regression analysis,it was found out that age was the main factor affecting the circulation of land management right. The coun-termeasures were further put forward including standardizing the mechanism for setting prices,considering the pricing factors,strengthening policy propaganda,etc.关键词
