Definition of the Legal Power of the European Central Bank
摘要
Abstract
The power of the European Central Bank is the main source of Treaty on European Union,Treaty on the Functioning of the European Union,protocol on "the statutes of the European system of central banks and the European Central Bank "and the EU legislation.In terms of power source,there are indeed some of the powers that come from ei-ther agreements or negotiations.But this paper finds that both agreement or negotiation actually belong to the areas of le-gal power by studying the different levels of power and its relevant legal regulations.So the power of the European Cen-tral Bank is defined as the legal power to be the most accurate.关键词
