摘要

Abstract

To ensure the quality of rocket fuze product and improve the production efficiency,the detection system based on digital signal controller(DSC)was designed. This detection system is composed of power supply,signal processing circuit, turbine generator simulation circuit,velocity measurement signal generating circuit,etc. The turbine generator simulation circuit and signal processing circuit are introduced emphatically. The softwares of A/D sampling,interface communication and logic con⁃trol were designed. The fuze was tested in the experiment by means of the system and oscilloscope simultaneously. The results are compared and the source of system error is analyzed in this paper. The experimental results show that the detection system can ensure the amplitude and time of the arming signal,and significantly reduce the detection time of fuze mass production.
