光纤半导体激光器温度智能控制系统设计与仿真
Design and simulation of intelligent temperature control system for optical fiber semiconductor laser
摘要
Abstract
In order to solve the problems of nonlinearity,time delay,narrow range,low precision in temperature regula⁃tion of temperature control device of fiber semiconductor laser,a intelligent temperature control system for fiber⁃optic semicon⁃ductor laser was designed. The temperature control method of using single⁃chip microprocessor STC89C52 is adopted. sampling of with The temperature sensor DS18B20 is used to collect temperature of the semiconductor laser and then transmit the tempera⁃ture information to STC89C52. The semiconductor cooler is controlled with PID digital control technology to make the tempera⁃ture of the semiconductor laser to be stabilized to the set value. Protues simulation results indicate that the temperature control system’s control range is wide,control speed is fast and accuracy is high. Theresearch provided a feasible scheme for intelli⁃gent temperature control of modern fiber⁃optic semiconductor laser.关键词
