火焰原子吸收光谱法测定不同品种甘草中钙、锌的含量
Determination of Calcium and Zinc in Glycyrrhiza by Flame Atomic Absorption Spectrometry
摘要
Abstract
To establish a dry ashing-determination of calcium Determination of licorice and zinc by flame atomic absorption spectrometry. Method Pre-treatment of the sample by dry ashing,content was determined by air-acetylene flame atomic absorption spectrometry(FAAS),in order to eliminate interference La3+as a calcium release agent to eliminate interference. Results The calcium and zinc respectively standard solution concentration and ab-sorbance by linear regression:standard calcium standard curve regression equation was Y=0.00192X+0.00363,the correlation coefficient R2=0.9978(n=5),the linear range of 4.0~20.0μg/mL,the recovery was 98.87~99.36%,RSD was 0.96~1.06%(n=5);zinc standard curve regression equation was Y=0.0013X-0.02833,the correlation coeffi-cient R2=0.9989(n=5),the linear range of 4.0~20.0μg/ mL,the recovery was 99.72~101.03%,RSD was 0.81~1.02%(n=5). Conclusion The method is simple,high sensitivity,high sensitivity,good accuracy,less interference, less environmental pollution,etc.,is an ideal method.关键词
