摘要

Abstract

By means of slow strain rate testing (SSRT),the susceptive indexes of the stress corrosion cracking for 304 stainless steel in H2 S +Cl-+CO2 +H2 O complex medium condition were calculated. With the help of SEMand EDS,this paper also analyzed the specimens′fracture morphology and the com-position of corrosion products.Among the environmental factors,the separate and interactive effects of H2 S concentration,Cl-concentration and CO2 concentration on the susceptibilities of stress corrosion cracking were considered.By means of stepwise regression analysis to test results,the equations between the medi-um parameters and the susceptive indexes were established.The notabilities of medium parameters were indicated as well.
