基于单元流道模型的三叶孔板换热器热力性能研究
A Study on the Thermal Performance of Heat Exchanger with Trefoil-baffles by Using Unit Duct Model

Abstract
Heat exchangers with trefoil-baffle are a new type heat transfer device and are widely used in nuclear power system due to their special advantages,with the fluid flowing longitudinally on the shell side.A unit duct model for the heat exchanger with trefoil-baffles was established.Based on three fluid dy-namics models,characteristics of fluid flow and heat transfer performance on the shell side were simulated by using commercial CFD software FLUENT 14.0.Compared with the experimental results,the optimal turbulent model was correctly selected.Then the distributions of fluid flow and temperature were analyzed. The effects of structural parameters,such as baffle pitch,trefoil-hole height and so on,on the heat transfer performance and friction factor were investigated.Finally,the numerical results by using unit duct model and whole model were compared.The results show that the calculation based on realizable k-εturbulent model is much more reliable and accurate.The Nusslet number and friction factor decrease with the in-creasing of baffle pitch,as well as trefoil-hole height.Considering the relevant factors,the unit duct model can be feasibly and efficiently used to study the heat transfer and resistance performance of heat exchangers with longitudinal flow of shell-side.关键词
