Abstract
In order to determine the initial nominal thickness,a large-diameter flexible thin tubesheet was first calculated according to GB 150,SH/T 3158,AD and GB/T 151 respectively.Then,the finite element models of thin tubesheet with different thickness were established based on ANSYS APDL language.The thermal-structure coupling analysis was carried out in six kinds of different service conditions.The struc-ture stress,the stability and pull-out forces of heat exchanger tube were evaluated using JB 4732 and GB/T 15 1 ,respectively.Moreover,based on the analysis of the displacement in the thin tubesheet,the ap-propriate nominal thickness of this thin tubesheet was finally determined.The calculation results with dif-ferent models of thin tubesheet show that the stress in the transition zone of tubesheet is larger,and the stress distribution shows a fluctuating decay trend from the tubesheet edge to the tubesheet center.The transition section of the tubesheet,where the bending stress is very high,plays a coordinating role between the deformation of the tube bundles and the tubesheet.The analysis results and methods can provide some theory and practical references for the design in flexible thin tubesheet.关键词
