Abstract
The thinking for revising NB/T 47018—2011 Technical Permission ofWelding Materials for Pressure Equipment is the related factors influencing the welding material impact toughness qualified in-dex,inspection method and environment of the content for diffusible hydrogen deposited metal,the using principle of flux-cored wire for pressure equipments,submerged arc welding wire and flux of the batch number matching,the mechanical properties of deposited metal for gas shielded welding,etc.In considera-tion of welding material impact toughness qualified index,the author thinks that the impact toughness is only one equipment brittle failure factor.This article first proposed the impact toughness of heat affected zone,and pressure equipments whole life process (raw materials,building products and serving)influence on impact toughness and the characteristics of impact toughness values in welding material product quality certificate such as ideas and concerns.关键词
