制氢转化炉管损伤状况分析与剩余寿命预测
Damage Analysis and Remaining Life Assessment for Hydrogen Reformer Tubes

Abstract
Creep damage analysis and remaining life assessment were carried out on a hydrogen reformer tube operating at 910 ℃for 6 years and 3 months taken from a 65000 m3 hydrogen plant in a petrochemi-cal enterprise.The optical emission spectrometer,atomic absorption spectrophotometer,optical micro-scope,scanning electron microscope,room-temperature tensile tester and high temperature stress rupture tester were adopted to carry out experimental research.The results show that after service for more than 6 years,the maximum oxide layer composed of Cr2 O3 at the outer wall is about 300 μm,while at the inner wall the oxide layer is composed of continuously distributed Cr2 O3 which is about 50 μm in thickness and SiO2 along the grain boundary which is about 30 μm in thickness.Under the oxide layer,the thickness of the Chromium depleted zone is about 150 μm.M23C6 and G phase(Ni16Nb6Si7)are located in the austen-itic grain boundaries in the form of discontinuous chains or blocks .A large number of small secondary carbides are precipitated in austenite grains.Creep voids can be found in the tube whereas no creep cracks can be observed.Based on the high temperature rupture tests under the condition of 700~920 ℃ and 42 ~100 MPa,the remaining life of furnace tube is about 2 years using Larson-Miller method under the condition of stable operation with the wall temperature of 910 ℃.关键词
