Abstract
The Delphi method was adopted to strengthen the management of medical equipment quality control during the procurement process in the hospital based on the existing medical equipment procurement management. This practice ensured the standardization, high efficiency and reduced administrative risks of medical equipment procurement process, and radically reduced various problems and disputes resulting from improper management of the medical equipment procurement process, which helped Department of Biomedical Engineering to play a better role of technology management in the equipment procurement process, promoted standardization of equipment management and enhanced the level of hospital management.关键词
