摘要
Abstract
Objective This study is to observe the clinical effect of different methods on peripheral facial paralysis at different stages. Methods 100 patients were randomly divided into a treatment group (n=50) and a control group (n=50).In the treatment group ,take Integrated ChineseWestern Therapy Methods to treat according to its different stages,while those in the control group were treated with nomal acupuncture. House-Brackmann scale, Facial Disability Index scale were applied to evaluate the facial function. Result FDIp and FDIs of the treatment group and control group after curation were better than them before treatment. There were significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05). FDIp of the treatment group after curation was better than the control group(P<0.05).But There were no significant difference between the two groups in FDIs(P>0.05). Conclusion Both the effectiveness of acupuncture according to different path-stages and acupuncture irrespectivess of path-stages are good,but the former is better than the latter.关键词
