苎麻地方品种资源多样性研究
Study on the Diversity of Local Varieties of Ramie
摘要
Abstract
The experiment first studied the agronomic characters and morphological characters of 27 local Boehmerai,hese varieties. The results are as follow:1 )Analysed on the plant height,stem diame-ter,skin thickness and fiber fineness of 27 Boehmerai species,and got 5 materials that their fiber fine-ness is Class A;2)Having compared the result of PCR cluster analysis with morphological cluster analy-sis. Through this experiment,we did not know the relationship between the external morphological char-acteristics and genetic relationship of ramie.关键词
