基于“互联网＋”重构利益格局助推全科医生制度建立的探讨
Refactoring Pattern of Interests Based on " Internet +" in Helping to Push the Establishment of General Practitioner ;System
摘要
Abstract
Establishing the general practitioner system is the key and difficult point of medical reform in China. The key problem of establishment of general practitioner system is qualified general practitioners who had undergone the standardized training will be the gatekeeper of health. At present,the general practitioners in China are short-handed and the training and employment of general practitioners are out of line. Above -mentioned will cause an impasse in the establishment of general practitioner system. There are many reasons for causing the impasse,but this paper argues that the core reason is the traditional pattern of interests is solidified and the new pattern of interests has not been established. Authors suggest that the government in the process of pushing grading diagnosis and treatment,could restructure the pattern of interests via fusion between Internet and medicine based on" Internet+" to reach a win-win situation,in order to push the establishment of general practitioner system.关键词
