Among the subjects,64. 2%(194/302) were willing to accept the first contact care in community, and the main reasons were short distance(72. 2%,140/194),short queuing time (46. 9%,91/194),reasonable price(39. 7%,77/194)and good service manner(26. 8%,52/194);28. 8%(87/302) were unwilling to accept the first contact care in community, and the main reasons were poor techniques of medical staff (50. 6%,44/87),insufficient medical equipment(50. 6%,44/87)and limited drug variety(41. 4%,36/87). For the rate of being willing to receive community first contact care, female subjects(70. 1%,129/184)were higher than male subjects (55. 1%,65/118);subjects ﹤35 years old(68. 4%,104/152)and ≥50 years old(69. 3%,70/101) were higher than subjects≥35 years old(40. 8%,20/49);subjects with bachelor degree or above(70. 2%,40/57)were higher than subjects who have an education level of primary school or below ( 45. 7%,21/46 );medically insured subjects( 70. 2%,134/191 ) were higher than subjects without medical insurance(54. 1%,60/111);and subjects who were " satisfied and very satisfied"(78. 4%,127/162 ) with community health service were higher than subjects who were " barely satisfied or unsatisfied"(57. 3%,67/117)with community health service(P﹤0. 05). Conclusion The rate of being willing to receive first contact care among community residents is high, while 30% are still unwilling to receive community first contact care. Gender, age, education level, health insurance and satisfaction degree with community health service are influencing factors for the willingness for community first contact care among residents.关键词
