摘要
Abstract
The conditions of patients with colorectal cancer combined with intestinal obstruction are usually complex, but the choices of treatment plans always depend on clinical doctors' experience. Although plenty of progress has been made in many fields of colorectal surgery in recent years,the treatment methods for such patients are conventional and controversy exists in the application of many new technologies. The paper made a systematical review of conventional treatment plans for colorectal cancer combined with intestinal obstruction and the changes and controversy of the application of SEMS and laparoscopic treatment. Patients with colorectal cancer combined with intestinal obstruction have complex disease conditions,for which the model of multidisciplinary diagnosis and treatment manifest unique advantages,while there is still a lack of high - quality research pertaining to this kind of patients.关键词
