摘要

Abstract

MicroRNA( miRNA) is a class of endogenous non coding RNA and is widely distributed. It involves a series of important processes in life activity through the regulation of gene expression patterns,including cell proliferation, apoptosis,differentiation and individual development. Let-7 family is the second member of the miRNA family,discovered after Lin - 4 in 2000,and is thought to be related to the occurrence and development of tumor,cardiovascular diseases,viral infections and pulmonary diseases,especially. In this review,we focused on the recent research progress of miRNA Let-7 family and pulmonary diseases such as pulmonary cancer,bronchopulmonary dysplasia,pulmonary injury,pulmonary fibrosis and pulmonary inflammation.
