帕金森病患者焦虑及抑郁与其他症状关系的研究
Relationship Between Anxiety & Depression and Other Symptoms Among Patients With Parkinson's Disease

Abstract
Objective To explore the relationship between anxiety & depression and exercise capacity disorders, quality of life,dysfunction of autonomic nerve,cognitive function disorders and sleep disorders among patients with Parkinson's disease(PD). Methods 180 patients with PD who were admitted to Department of Neurology of the First Affiliated Hospital of Dalian Medical University from January 2013 to January 2015,were selected as study subjects. HAMA and HAMD were used to evaluate the emotional disorder of patients with PD,patients whose HAMA score ≥14 or HAMD score ≥20 entered emotional disorder group,the other patients entered non - emotional disorder group. The general data were recorded. UPDRS-Ⅲ and PDQ-39 were used to assess exercise and daily activity function as well as quality of life. SCOPA-AUT was used to assess the degree of autonomic nerve dysfunction. MMSE and MoCA were used to assess cognitive function. ESS,PSQI and RLSRS were used to assess patients' daytime sleepiness,sleep at night and the degree of restless legs syndrome,respectively. Results Among 180 PD patients,81 cases(45. 0% )entered emotional disorder group,while 99 cases(55. 0% )entered non -emotional disorder group. The daily dose of levodopa among patients in emotional disorder group was significantly higher than that among patients in non - emotional disorder group(P < 0. 05). There were no significant difference in MMSE score,MoCA score and ESS score between emotional disorder group and non - emotional disorder group( P > 0. 05). The UPDRS-Ⅲ score, PDQ-39 score,SCOPA-AUT score,PSQI and RLSRS score among patients in emotional disorder group were significantly higher than those among patients in non - emotional disorder group,respectively( P < 0. 05). HAMA score and HAMD score were positively correlated with UPDRS-Ⅲ score,PDQ-39 score,SCOPA-AUT score,PSQI and RLSRS score,respectively( P <0. 05). Conclusion The morbidity of depression and anxiety is high in PD patients. Exercise capacity disorders,autonomic nerve dysfunction and sleep disorders are common among PD patients with depression and anxiety,which could heavily influence quality of life of patients.关键词
