Abstract
Today Chinese dairy industry is developing fast. Dairy products have become an important part in people’s dietary struc-ture. Low temperature dairy products due to its excelent characteristics, has gradualy got the recognition of domestic consumers, which has great potential in market. The present situation and development trend of low temperature dairy market was provided, and a development pattern of local dairy enterprises in China under the current market conditions were introduced in this paper.关键词
