辣椒新品种平椒8号的选育
A New Pepper F1Hybrid-‘Pingjiao No. 8’
摘要
Abstract
‘Pingjiao No.8’ is a new pepper F1 hybrid developed by crossing self-line ‘0135’ as female parent with self-line ‘9866’ as male parent. Its fruit is of sheep-horn shape with smooth surface. The young fruit is green and yellow in color,and the ripen one is bright red in color. The fruit is 24.1 cm in length,4.3 cm in width and 0.36 cm in thickness. It tastes very crisp and tender with moderate-hot polished peel. The average single fruit weight is 81.4 g. It can yield about 64.5 t·hm-2. Its resistance to Phytophthora blight,anthracnose and virus disease is stronger than that of the contrast ‘Longjiao No.2’. It is suitable to be cultivated in Gansu Province and Shaanxi, Ningxia,etc. regions in open fields and greenhouse in spring.关键词
