MR频率选择压脂法对大鼠非酒精性脂肪肝的诊断价值

Abstract
Objective:To explore the diagnosis value of MR frequency selective pressure fat method on nonalcoholic fatty liver in rats.Methods:40 cases of male Wiatar rats(4 weeks old) were selected.They were randomly divided into the experimental group(30 rats) and the control group(10 rats).The experimental group was given high cholesterol and high fat feeding.The control group was given normal feeding.After 12 weeks,the blood lipid biochemistry,MRI and pathological tissue were examined.The blood lipid biochemistry indexes,hepar fat fraction(HFF) by frequency selective pressure fat technology of two groups were compared with the pathological results,and their correlations were analyzed.Results:The differences of blood lipid biochemistry indexes between groups were statistically significant(all P<0.05),but the differences between each observation subgroups in the experimental group were no statistically significant(all P>0.05).The HFF of frequency selective pressure fat technology had the positive correlation with fatty liver cell ratio by pathology(r=0.77).Conclusion:MR frequency selective pressure fat method has a high value on the diagnosis and classification decision of nonalcoholic fatty liver in rats.关键词
